Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) EHS is an important part of everything we do at DBI. Excellent EHS is a chain reaction that involves everyone on a project to insure that it is built without losses or damage to the environment. Our goal is “Zero Losses” in all production, period. This goal is important to employees, the owners we work for and the general public who travel in, around and through our projects. To make this happen we have dedicated facilities and instructors to provide EHS training, weekly risk management meetings on every project, upper management leadership and dedication to the “Zero Loss” goal, an employee safety group that is dedicated to high production without losses, and properly maintained equipment in good repair. Experience says that this results in DBI being a very safe and environmentally friendly place to work.
